Our Beginners Class is structured to provide the student with basic knowledge of all six disciplines of men's artistic gymnastics. This class is for the student ranging in ages of 5 years through 12 years.

Our Boys Level 6 & 7 is for the student continuing gymnastics at a higher team level. This class requires instructor's consent before enrolling in the class. Other costs include USA Gymnastics Membership, uniforms, team fees, travel fees and meet fees. These fees will be discussed in the Golden Gymnastics Boy's Team Handbook.

Our Boy's Optional Program is for the student continuing gymnastics at the team level. This class requires instructor's consent before enrolling in the class. This class is for gymnast at the level 8 through level 10. Other costs include USA Gymnastics Membership, uniforms, team fees, travel fees and meet fees. Our Grizzly Bears Class is a pre-school class designed especially for boys. While incorporating structured fun and games, they will be introduced to all six disciplines of men's artistic gymnastics. This class is for the student ranging in ages of 3 years through 5 years.
