Welcome to Golden Gymnastics

Golden Gymnastics is located just west of Union on Cedar with easy access from 6th Avenue, Alameda or Colfax. Our 12,000 square foot facility offers a safe and clean environment for our students. Our smaller class sizes allows us to give personal attention to each student enrolled in our facility.

Lakewood On Parade

Join us on Tuesday July 3rd for Lakewood on Parade at Jeffco Stadium. Visit our booth and stay to watch our show on the field at 7:30pm then stay for the fireworks.

Congratulations to Tyler Trammel of 5280 Gymnastics, this year's recipient of the Ryan Keller Scholarship Award. Tyler, pictured here with the Keller family and past recipient Steve Cantrell at the awards ceremony that took place at the Colorado Men's State Championships.

We offer a wide variety of classes in Gymnastics for Girls and Boys from Pre-School to High School, Cheer Tumbling as well as Competitive Teams and Private Instruction. Our experienced and talented Staff Members are dedicated to developing our students in gymnastics which in turn will help our students excel in all facets of their lives.

Our job is to assist our students in achieving their dream realistically, and to guide them to a better understanding of themselves and gymnastics.
